Refund and Cancellation Policy
We do not offer cancellation for Same day/Express delivery services. We offer cancellation for normal orders till 24 hours before delivery. Cancellations after 24 hours will not be accepted for refunds. But in some cases, if the customer is unsatisfied, we look into the matters to provide the best solution possible. In case, your plan changed, and you want to change the delivery slot or date, we will help you with that in every possible way. But it might incur additional delivery charges as per your chosen time and date.
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if insufficient time is given to us, due to the cost incurred in preparing the order.
Partial refunds are applicable in the following scenarios (if applicable)
Any item that is damaged, not fresh, etc., can be reimbursed in terms of store credits, which you can use while making any future purchase.
Once when we received your request, you will be given a ticket number for tracking the progress. We will intimate you about the approval or rejection of returns through email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited automatically to your credit card or bank account within a certain defined period. (7 working days)
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refunds, check with your bank or contact your credit card company. If the refund process takes more time, you can verify it with the bank. You can contact email@example.com if you have not still received your refund.
Shipping charges are not refundable. The return amount will be deducted with shipping charges and processed for refunds.
