Ordering
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete details at the time of ordering. You also warrant that the debit card used for the purchase belongs to you and has a sufficient amount for completing the order. The food delivery you have ordered is for your personal use and not for resale. You warrant that you are acting as a principal and not as an agent for another party purchasing the services. You should check the age appropriateness of certain products sold yourself. The onus does not lie with the company.
We take enormous care in protecting the customer details and keeping the information of your orders secure. However, we are not liable if a third party accesses your information due in no part to our negligence. Any order placed with us will be followed up with an order confirmation mail from our systems. It will have contact details and other order-related information. It is your responsibility to correct any incorrect information. Sending confirmation mail does not mean that we will be able to fulfill your order. The order fulfillment depends on the availability of inventory.
Prices and Payment
All prices available on the website are accurate at the time of publication. While we take great care to keep the information up to date, the final amount charged to you will be based on the latest market rates of menus. We also reserve the right to alter the goods or services shown on the website. The price includes all costs such as product price, shipping charges, taxes, etc. Payment has to be done in full for availing of the product. Payment needs to be done by net banking, debit or credit card, or by cash on delivery.
Delivery
Delivery time quoted during order confirmation is an approximate estimate and is liable to change. Goods will be delivered to the address you have provided during ordering. If the goods are transported by our supplier partner, then the responsibility of delivery lies with them. Delivery will be done through a reputed courier. We are not liable for the delays caused by the courier company.
In case of late delivery, refunds, or cancelation, the delivery charges won’t be refunded. If the delivery could not be done because of your non-availability or due to your failure to provide appropriate information, then it will be deemed that the goods have been sold to you and a refund won’t be given to you. The delivery attempt of the product will be done only once, and in case, the delivery has not been completed due to any reasons such as a wrong address, premises being locked, etc., refund or redelivery will not be possible.
Deliveries will not be done on national holidays. Ordered booked on national holidays will be delivered on the next working day. Changing the date of delivery will not be possible once the order is confirmed.

We strive to resolve customer complaints within 12 business hours. All complaints need to be sent to [email protected], and we assist within 24 hours of delivery. The images displayed on the website are indicative. Actual products may vary in shape or design depending on the current availability.

We have listed the prices in INR (Indian rupees) which can be converted to your local currency during the payment. Payment must be made online using credit/debit cards or through cash on delivery. Failure to pay the amount will lead to the cancellation of orders. Please do not try to couple automated systems with our websites and do not harvest or collect personally identifiable information, publish or distribute any vouchers related to the website.
The terms and conditions and privacy policy is the complete agreement between the customer and us. In the event of a conflict between other policies and terms and conditions, the latter will prevail. If any of the terms and conditions is deemed illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, that alone will be deleted and other terms will apply.
